Mia Duthie

Head of Learning

Mia is our Head of Learning in WorkJuggle since April 2022. Mia is a learning and development professional with experience in a variety of organisations, from medical device to FMCG, not-for-profit and education.

Mia found an unconventional path into learning and development, starting her professional life in social care. The common thread throughout Miaโ€™s career has always been her passion for helping people develop. Miaโ€™s most recent qualifications have been in learning and development, personal and business coaching, and mindfulness.

As well as discovering mindfulness, Mia also used her time during a career break to focus on her lifelong interest in nutrition and personal wellbeing, as well as challenging her creative side on a few โ€˜messyโ€™ but rewarding home projects.
