Mia Duthie
Head of Learning
Mia is our Head of Learning in WorkJuggle since April 2022. Mia is a learning and development professional with experience in a variety of organisations, from medical device to FMCG, not-for-profit and education.
Mia found an unconventional path into learning and development, starting her professional life in social care. The common thread throughout Miaโs career has always been her passion for helping people develop. Miaโs most recent qualifications have been in learning and development, personal and business coaching, and mindfulness.
As well as discovering mindfulness, Mia also used her time during a career break to focus on her lifelong interest in nutrition and personal wellbeing, as well as challenging her creative side on a few โmessyโ but rewarding home projects.
