Business Operations Manager with WorkJuggle
Jane worked with global professional services firm Mercer for 15 years in Service Development and Risk Management roles and holds a Diploma in Business Analysis and Consultancy. Initially working as a Business Analyst, Jane played a key role in the development and implementation of innovative business solutions across diverse business areas. A move into Risk Management brought with it an opportunity to work on these business solutions from a regulatory perspective.
Having enjoyed some time out of the workforce to be with her young family Jane joined WorkJuggle in 2019. This reignited her passion for business process improvement and workflow management and she brings her experience in these areas to the management of WorkJuggle’s business operations.
Jane runs and does reformer pilates in her spare time which allows her to indulge (guilt free!) in the food that she loves to cook. To clear her mind she swims year round in the sea and loves to listen to Jazz.
After procrastinating for a good ten years, Aoife finally submerged herself into the Irish sea and started sea swimming in the Irish winter during the pandemic. When not waiting to get feeling back into her fingers, her idea of a dream Saturday night is drinking red wine, rearranging furniture and painting a cream wall as bright a colour as her family will allow! Aoife also enjoys being in nature and spending time with friends and family.
Her future of work training helps companies be future-ready; facilitating conversations around hybrid working.
A secondary school English teacher turned entrepreneur, Melissa is passionate about how we communicate, engage and connect, and why they matter in a world increasingly dominated by technology and change. In her work she focuses on the areas of communication, connection, resilience, and mindset, believing them to be the most powerful combination to achieving personal impact.
In her time off she loves to run on the beach and in the woods and teaches pilates for fun.
