Founder of WorkJuggle
Ciara Garvan is the Founder of WorkJuggle.com. Ciara holds a Masters in Applied Computing and previously worked in organisations such as Accenture, eir and Meteor. Since founding WorkJuggle in 2016, Ciara has taken the business, which was named as one of Silicon Republic’s top Irish Start-ups 2018, from strength to strength. Until recently Ciara was also Chair of Dyspraxia/ DCD Ireland.
Ciara regularly speaks at a variety of private and public events and conferences, most recently she hosted one of the most well-attended sessions at the Women In Tech conference in Dublin’s convention centre.

Lisa is a senior HR professional with over 13 years’ HR experience including 10 years as a strategic HR Business Partner partnering with global executive teams within the technology sector. Lisa has extensive expertise in leading wide-scale change projects and employee engagement initiatives. Lisa has a diploma in Personnel Management from the National College of Ireland, a BA in European Studies from Trinity College and speaks fluent French. In her spare time, Lisa captains her local ladies hockey team, runs fundraising events for the club and coaches the boy’s hockey section.

Helen qualified with a Masters in Occupational Psychology from UCC (1st class honours) prior to commencing her career in 1994 in management consulting, initially with Accenture in San Francisco (then Andersen Consulting), moving then to Deloitte in Dublin and then with a number of niche consulting houses. Helen has extensive experience working with clients across a range of sectors carrying out HR strategy and transformation work.
Helen also trained as a Certified Mediator and has worked extensively with groups and individuals to bring about change of perspective and conflict resolution. Helen is actively involved in Irish Girl Guides, serving at both local and district leadership level.
