Since the pandemic, companies have adopted the technologies of virtual work remarkably quickly
and employees are seeing the advantages of more flexibility in where and when they work. As
leaders recognize what is possible, we are embracing a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to reset work
using a hybrid model. However, to make this transition successful, we need to design hybrid work
arrangements with individual human concerns in mind, not just institutional ones.
Hybrid working presents a host of opportunities and challenges. In our training. we look at the
following themes:
- Managing boundaries
- Learning to switch on and off – what cognitive triggers are necessary for both to happen.
- Managing relationships – networking and building self-advocacy virtually.
Our course can be adapted for employees, management or leadership teams depending on the needs of the business.
