At WorkJuggle, we provide consulting services in a number of specialist areas, such as Diversity and Inclusion and the Gender Pay Gap. We can bring our expertise to your organisation, working with your teams to analyse and evaluate the current status, uncover obstacles and areas for improvement, develop recommendations and if required, help to embed these recommendations into your work practices.  

An example of our work was a consultancy project we carried out with Irish Life. WorkJuggle were invited by Irish Life to carry out a review of their approach to recruitment, in the context of their strategic goal to increase diversity and inclusion in their workforce. The assignment was carried out in partnership with the Irish Life Recruitment Team and the Irish Life Diversity and Inclusion Team.
