We are looking for a Part-Time Sales & Marketing Lead who will work remotely and provide essential support to the senior management team. The key focus of the role is to establish repeatable structures for sales and marketing processes while contributing to overall business development, client management, and marketing execution.
Role Overview
The Sales & Marketing Lead will be responsible for creating, optimizing, and managing repeatable, structured sales and marketing processes that align with SevTech’s strategic goals. The role will focus on supporting the senior management team in sales, account management, and account farming, as well as driving marketing initiatives that generate new leads and enhance client retention.
This is a part-time, work-from-home position designed for a highly organized, self-motivated individual with experience in the technology consulting industry. The role involves creating scalable frameworks for both sales and marketing efforts to ensure consistent business growth and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Process Structuring & Management
- Design and implement a repeatable, scalable sales process that covers the entire sales cycle—from lead generation and prospecting to deal closure and post-sales client engagement.
- Manage and optimize the sales pipeline, ensuring seamless tracking of leads, opportunities, and progress towards sales targets.
- Work with Management team to develop and standardize templates for sales presentations, proposals, and pitches to improve consistency and efficiency.
- Provide sales support to the senior management team by conducting prospecting, qualifying leads, and client follow-ups.
- Conduct sales performance analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and report on sales metrics regularly.
Marketing Process Structuring & Execution
- Establish a repeatable marketing process to ensure consistent execution of campaigns, lead generation activities, and brand-building initiatives.
- Develop and execute a digital marketing strategy (including SEO, content marketing, social media, and email marketing) to generate new leads and build brand awareness.
- Support the Management Team in the creation of marketing materials such as case studies, blogs, newsletters, and white papers that demonstrate expertise in areas like Cloud, AI, DevOps, and Architecture Strategy.
- Collaborate with external agencies, designers, and vendors to manage paid marketing campaigns, public relations efforts, and content creation.
Account Management & Account Farming
- Support the senior management team in account management, focusing on nurturing relationships with key clients and expanding accounts.
- Support the senior management team in development strategies for account farming, identifying opportunities for cross-selling, up-selling, and increasing client engagement.
Collaboration & Reporting
- Work closely with the senior management team to align sales and marketing strategies with business objectives and service offerings.
- Provide regular reports on sales and marketing KPIs, offering insights on performance, opportunities, and areas of improvement.
- Continuously evaluate and improve sales and marketing processes to increase efficiency, scalability, and return on investment (ROI).
Key Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of experience in sales and marketing, ideally within the technology consulting or IT services industry.
- Proven experience in creating and managing repeatable sales and marketing processes.
- Strong experience in sales support, account management support, and account farming support, with a focus on growing and retaining client relationships.
- Familiarity with digital marketing strategies, including content marketing, SEO, email marketing, and social media.
- Knowledge of technology consulting services such as Cloud, AI, DevOps, and Architecture Strategy is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to create compelling marketing materials and client proposals.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools, marketing automation platforms, and analytics software.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
