We are recruiting a Key Membership Account Manager for client in Dublin. The role is fully remote. The role requires the candidate to be residing in Ireland so that we can attend in person events when required. This is a full-time role. The Membership Key Accounts Manager will be responsible for managing key accounts, developing and implementing business plans, providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Actively seek out new member organisations
- Manage our online ‘Join’ process
- Manage and update current membership collateral
- Manage membership value proposition
- Build strong relationships with current member organisation and professionals through regular meetings
- Encourage member engagement – build 12 month roadmaps with members to ensure members are getting value
- Organise various engagement activities with members – podcasts, masterclasses, news articles, insights and upload to website
- Manage renewal process
- Update CRM with activity and member feedback
- Feedback member needs to events manager on event topics and speakers
- Feedback member needs to training manager on training programmes and certification
- Attend in person events
- Run induction sessions for new members monthly
- Host online events
- Deal with member day to day queries re membership
Skills and Experience Required
We are seeking an experienced Account Manager (min 5 years) with a strong work ethic, a busy, positive and proactive person who enjoys dealing with clients and is happy to work to targets. It is essential that the candidate has experience dealing with corporate clients. Some online marketing and CRM experience is also desirable. Very customer focused and driven to succeed.
