The role is envisaged as c.2-3 days per week, which could be structured as days or any mix of half days. Staff are office-based Tue-Thurs and have the option to work from home on Monday and Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with the Management team and their functions to support and drive the people agenda and business strategy.
Responsibility for the full HR life-cycle support; to include recruitment and employee on-boarding, employee relations, performance management, compensation & benefits, learning & development, employee feedback surveys, communications plans as well as payroll operations and employee information maintenance and support.
Build leader and manager capability through trust-based relationships, feedback, coaching and mentoring that support their development as they work with their teams, helping them to create high performing and highly engaged teams.
Partner with business area leaders to ensure learning needs are met to deliver business initiatives and employee development needs.
Support leadership team with succession planning.
Support to CEO on preparation and analysis of compensation benchmarking for Remuneration Committee purposes.
Act as a point of contact for employees and managers, offering expert advice on HR documentation, including employments contracts, policies, procedures, and best practices, in particular liaising with legal advisors on matters relating to the jurisdictions in which we operate.
Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment laws in the various jurisdictions and alignment with company culture and values, review and benchmark the internal and external environment to improve HR policies.
Support aspects of payroll administration for the 5 jurisdictions.
Work to evaluate and introduce, if appropriate, a HRIS system.

Minimum 5 years relevant experience in HR roles (managerial experience preferred)
