We are recruiting a Head of Marketing for a client who are in the IT Consultancy space. The role is part time and can be remote only requiring the successful candidate to attend onsite once a week on Monday’s. The office is located in Dublin City Centre.

Responsibilities

Digital Marketing

  • Developing and implementing strategies to generate impactful leads to drive growth and scale
  • Responsibility for the website
  • Support & optimising and growing our lead funnel – marketing collateral
  • Driving leads for organic website traffic
  • Creating personas to deliver segmented and targeted marketing communications
  • Social media

Brand

  • Develop our brand story
  • PR – Management of agency and plan
  • Managing external PR agency
  • Analyse competition, SWOT, Segmentation, channels to market
  • Marketing campaign
  • Collateral Development – Developing highly professional differentiating messaging, capability statements, white papers, reports, sales and business development collateral to support growth

Leadership

  • Comfortable reporting and presenting to a senior leadership team

  • This role requires working with all departments in a supportive and collaborative way to deliver results.
  • Willingness to roll up their sleeves and implement plans and strategies alongside the marketing team and wider teams across the business.

Experience and Qualifications

  • At least 10 years experience in Marketing with a third level qualification in relevant field.
  • Strong marketing expertise, with real success and experience in digital marketing, and in growing brands within a fast paced consumer and B2B environment in IT.
  • Proven track record in delivering exceptional results in a performance-based environment.
  • Ability to develop strategies from scratch, with outstanding attention to detail in order to turn these into plans and then push projects through to execution.
  • Creative thinker with ability to develop new concepts and adapt to the ever-changing digital landscape.
  • Highly organised, proactive and able to manage own time – a proficient multi-tasker.
  • Outstanding analytical skills, with experience is using Google Analytics to produce detailed reporting on all marketing activity.
  • Excellent communication skills with high standard of verbal and written English.
  • Willingness to learn, enthusiasm, infectious energy and ambition to progress within a marketing or commercial career
