About Us

?

Our Story

ย WorkJuggle was founded in 2017 by Ciara Garvan with a clear mission: to make work better – for people and for organisations.

What began as a focus on flexible and inclusive work has evolved into a learning and development organisation focused on one key challenge: helping people stay relevant in a rapidly changing world of work.

Today, WorkJuggle designs and delivers practical, research-led training that builds the skills, confidence and mindset needed to perform, adapt and grow. From early careers and returner programmes to leadership and AI-focused learning, our work is grounded in real workplace challenges and designed for immediate application.

We partner with organisations across Ireland and the UK to deliver programmes that donโ€™t just engage participants – but drive lasting behaviour change and measurable impact.

WorkJuggle has been recognised for its innovation and impact, including being named one of Silicon Republicโ€™s Top Irish Start-ups, with founder Ciara Garvan featured among the Irish Examinerโ€™s 100 Women Changing Ireland.

Testimonials

“It was an absolute pleasure to work with Ciara and her team @ Workjuggle.”

From the onset Ciara demonstrated an ability
to work closely with my colleagues and me to understand our needs as a business and to develop a customised session!
On behalf of Coca-Cola Hellenic Ireland and the Inspire Network committee thank you for a super session! We had positive feedback from all functions in our business and our objectives were met.

On a personal note the experience was entirely positive and enjoyable. I was grateful for your expertise and would highly recommend Ciara and Work Juggle and look forward to
ongoing collaboration with her.
