Our Early Careers Accelerator Programme is designed to equip emerging talent with the practical skills, professional behaviours and real-world confidence needed to thrive in the modern workplace.

Blending interactive learning, hands-on application and expert facilitation, the programme supports participants as they build strong communication habits, deepen their understanding of workplace expectations and develop the mindset required to contribute meaningfully from day one.

This programme supports early careers talent in developing the essential capabilities employers need today.

Learning Outcomes

Presence

Participants will develop the skills necessary to demonstrate presence with credibility and influence.

Communication

Participants will develop strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills. They will learn to articulate thoughts clearly and framework messages in compelling story arcs with their audience at the centre.

Active Listening

They will learn to listen actively to others, and use appropriate body language, gestures and facial expressions to convey confidence, and professionalism and enhance collaboration.

 

Managing Time

Participants will develop skills to manage their time, prioritising tasks and work effectively in hybrid environments.

Problem Solving

Participants will understand the elements of critical thinking, and how to apply structured thinking to real situations.

Practical Skills

Participants will have the opportunity to engage with real-world projects and group challenges to develop a practical toolkit to navigate day-to-day challenges with professionalism.
